What are your hours?: Summer hours are currently active
- Mon - Thurs 2:00pm to 9:00pm (Shop may close at 8:30 some days)
- Fri - Sat Appointment only
- Sunday Closed
Where do you ship?: Currently I only ship within the United States and Puerto Rico.
What are your shipping rates?: I offer three shipping rates:
- Standard (with tracking/Approx. delivery 3-7 days) $10.00
- Next Day (Approx. delivery 1-2 days) $20.00
- Customer Pick up (In person pick up) $0.00
In the event of custom and large orders, the shipping price will vary. For orders through the website (cicidesignsandalterations) you will pay the shipping rate as listed. Any remaining amount or difference can be paid through venmo, cash app (@cicidesigns) or paypal.

- Medium packages $15.00 - $25.00
- Large $25.00 - $35.00
Can you "rush" my order or squeeze me in?: I do offer a $35.00 "Squeeze-In fee" (on top of the service price) If you request any alteration/tailoring service during any on-going orders I already have. If my schedule is booked tight, there are times where I may not accept the request.
Do you take custom requests/orders?: Yes! If there is something you would like done (backpack, purse, headband, mask, etc) or something you have not yet seen listed, I would more than happy to consult with you.
I did not see a service listed that I need done, what can I do?: Please email me through the "contact" tab and explain what service you need done. I am more than happy to discuss! I will always be honest and transparent about any service that I am NOT able to do.
